John Pritchard, CEO, is a seasoned business executive, entrepreneur, and former Air Force Officer. As the Co-Founder/CEO of Flatirons Solutions Corp, he led innovative technology solutions for both government and Fortune 500 clients earning accolades such as Inc. 500 87th fastest growing business. John is a serial entrepreneur, after selling Flatirons, he founded, acquired, and sold companies in numerous industries, including technology, aviation, construction, and real estate.
Jack Cheney, President, is a career Air Force aviator with 5000+ hours in C2ISR platforms across the globe. He has led USAF efforts to transform tactical data links into an advanced, Joint/Coalition, integrated airborne network and he has served as a key player in driving migration towards detailed, open standards for tactical and strategic communications. Jack has broad experience and success in rapid prototyping in uniform, government, industry, and small business.
Dennis Wilder, COO, brings invaluable experience accumulated from a career spanning program management, portfolio oversight, and major command program leadership. He has managed $10 billion worth of defense communications and networking capabilities across a diverse array of air, ground, and space platforms. As a former United States Air Force officer, Dennis served as an educator at the Defense Acquisition University.
Mike Twyman, CSO, has held leadership roles at Northrop Grumman, Cubic, and EvoNexus. He led strategy for C2 and communication systems across key defense platforms, including bombers (B-1, B-2, B-21), fighters (F-22, F-35 CNI), UAVs (RQ/MQ-4, Fire Scout), and support aircraft. A recognized expert in C3 systems and complex systems integration, Mike was named to the 2020 Wash100 list of influential GovCon leaders.
Matt Kercher, CTO, brings extensive experience as Group Leader at Lincoln Laboratory for Tactical Networks and Senior Technical Adviser to Indo-Pacific Command’s J8. A former US Navy pilot and acquisition officer, he led acquisition efforts within the Tactical Data Link Enterprise for key programs like ROBE, BACN, and CLIP. Matt is currently co-leading AI/ML technology experimentation and transition initiatives for the DOD’s CDAO, driving innovation in defense systems.
Julian Ranger, Entrepreneur-in-Residence, brings over 30 years of success as a visionary at the intersection of business and technology. As the founder, CEO, and chairman of multiple companies, he has leveraged technology to improve the world and protect individual privacy. His iSMART process was adopted by the DoD to ensure interoperable systems on tactical networks, showcasing his impact on defense and technology innovation.
John “JJ” McAfee, VP, served as a program manager across AF, Joint, and 4th Estate acquisition, operations, and training assignments, delivering rockets, munitions, satellites, C4ISR capabilities, and more. As TDL SPO program manager, he revolutionized gateway management for the government. Currently, he leads AI/ML technology delivery and transition for the CDAO through Global Info Dominance Experiments, driving cutting-edge innovations in defense technology.
David Harris, VP, has held senior leadership roles at Northrop Grumman, Cubic, and Cobham Satcom. Most recently he led the US Operations for Cobham Satcom leading the team in the development, production, and support of both commercial and MilGov satellite gateway and user terminal solutions globally. In his career, he has led global engineering teams, large complex proposals, and various P&L organizations in the C4ISR industry executing efforts across the services on numerous airborne platforms. His technical acumen includes systems engineering, software engineering, systems integration and test. He began his career as a naval officer.
